How is it different from SMS?
SMS is plain text from an unrecognized number. RCS adds your name, logo, and brand color, rich media, tappable actions, and read receipts, and it lets customers reply right in the thread.
What if a phone does not support the preview?
Kubbly checks the preview number before sending. If the number is not supported, the preview asks for another phone instead of promising an SMS fallback that has not been configured for this flow.
